The BBC has been broadcasting a series of short programmes "Ten Days to War" (with iPlayer facility) to mark the anniversary of the start of the Iraq war. Episode 8 presents Colonel Tim Collins (played by Kenneth Branagh) of the Royal Irish Regiment giving his famous ("Our business now is north") eve of battle of speech. (Perhaps there are shades of Branagh's "Henry V" [1989].)And as the men prepare to cross the froniter they are reminded:
Iraq is steeped in history ... You tread lightly there.
